Family House Gioia di Vivere

The house is located on an altitude of 1500 meters and from the terrace you can enjoy breathtaking views of the city of Aosta and the peaks of Monte Bianco, Grand Combin and Monte Rosa. Gioia di Vivere is a detached house and features 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a sauna and jacuzzi. Ideal for 6-8 people.

The living room has a nice sitting area and the built-in pellet fireplace creates a cozy atmosphere. The dining room seats 8 people. The kitchen is small and fully equipped (dishwasher, convection oven and induction hob).

Upper floor

On the second floor there are 3 bedrooms and a recently renovated bathroom. The rooms have a warm and cozy interior with nice firm beds.

In the basement is the 4th bedroom with a separate bathroom with bathtub. There is also a laundry room with washer and dryer. In addition to central heating throughout the house there is an additional pellet stove in the basement.

Outside area

The garden is fenced and features a terrace on the left side of the house with a large wooden outdoor table and benches and is in the sun all afternoon. On the right side of the house is the sauna, wood fired and offers a fantastic view of the valley. The jacuzzi can be used at an additional cost of 150 euros per week from May through September. At the front of the house, on the height of the living room, is a balcony with a lounge sofa and chairs. A perfect spot to enjoy the view and the sun until it sets behind the Mont Blanc massif.
