The house is located at an altitude of 1500 meters and from the terrace you can enjoy a breathtaking view of the city of Aosta and the mountain peaks of Monte Bianco, Grand Combin and Monte Rosa. Gioia di Vivere is a detached house and has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a sauna and jacuzzi. Ideal for 6-8 people!

August 2024 Dear Nils & Lonneke, Thank you for this wonderful week in your fantastic house! Lots of hikes, Lago di Chamole, downhill mountainbiking, Aosta, Jacuzzi, playing board games, Dinner at Les Fleurs, Pizza at Belvedere and the best cappuccino’s at Yeti. We enjoyed the peaceful area and the fantastic view. Thank you and we would love to come back!
July 2024 Stayed for a week with 4 adults and 4 kids. The setting is amazing with a breathtaking view. The size was sufficient for our group, but the house is on the smaller side. The kitchen is tiny but workable. At least you can never have too many cooks in there. Sauna and jacuzzi were wonderful. The location is remote from Aosta and although hiking is close by, everything else requires a car. We had a wonderful time and thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
March 2024: Excellent stay at Gioia di Vivere. Very welcome and exploration thanks to Edoardo (neighbor). Everything is consistent with the description. The house is perfect for a group of 7 people like us. The house is very well equipped and the sauna is a nice plus after a day of skiing!
December 2023: We spent Christmas in the cozy home of Nils & Lonneke and enjoyed every minute of it! Skiing in Pila and enjoying the house in the mountains… Fireplace, sauna and beautiful view! What’s the location of the house
Our house is in Gressan, Frazione Grande Cerise. From Aosta, you follow the signs for Pila via the SR18. It takes you 20 minutes by car from Aosta.
When can the jacuzzi be used?
The jacuzzi can be used from 1 May to 1 October. The surcharge is 150 euro per week.
What is the check-in/check-out time?
On your arrival date you’re welcome from 3 p.m and on the day of departure at 11 a.m.
Do we need to bring our own bedlinen and towels?
No that’s not necessary, we’ll take care of that and your beds are made when you arrive!
